✨I was blessed to deliver my workshop, “Mastering the Golden Rule in Our Communities,” to the community of ICSJ – Islamic Center of South Jersey at ICSJ Family Night. I was amazed by the compassion and love the community showed amongst themselves and towards me. ❤️

🌼🦋 I was invited to Northeast YMCA for their Welcoming Week to do a short play from my new book, “Touched by a Butterfly.” We had an amazing time!🦋🌼

It’s a chance for neighbors—both immigrants and U.S.-born residents—to get to know one another and celebrate what unites us as a community!

What we can take from this quote, is that love is always around us, but we have built walls around ourselves to not let that love in. A beautiful quote that teaches us to let love into our lives, which can come from people who are different than us.
